Developing a cohesive early learning program is crucial for young children's growth and development.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing an innovative curriculum that reflects current educational practices and research.
- Collaborating with Educators to ensure seamless execution of the program.
- Actively contributing to the adoption and implementation of the centre's education framework.
As a seasoned Early Learning Program Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring teams in developing and implementing the early learning program, as well as fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have a completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards), prior experience in long day-care, a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework, and a current Working with Children's Check.
