Football Director

We are seeking a seasoned Football Director to spearhead our football program and drive exceptional team performance.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of proven experience as a football coach at an advanced level, hold a coaching qualification of FFA AFC B License or higher, and exhibit strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

The successful individual will oversee the overall performance of the football team and the club, design and implement training sessions, develop and oversee the technical direction for football across all age groups, and mentor and guide coaches, players, and support staff.

In addition, the candidate will engage with the local football community to promote the program and inspire future players.

• Team Leadership: Oversee the overall performance of the football team and the club.
• Training & Development: Design, implement, and lead training sessions that focus on skills, teamwork, and fitness.
• Technical Direction: Develop and oversee the technical direction for football across all age groups.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide coaches, players, and support staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
