**Job Description**

The Works Readiness Team Lead will oversee the preparation and coordination of work packages for field delivery teams.

This role is responsible for leading a team to ensure timely, efficient, and safe work execution.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Lead a team to drive high standards of work readiness.
  • Oversee job scoping, outage management, and materials ordering.
  • Ensure work packages meet compliance, HSEQ, and quality standards.
  • Promote digital tools to enhance planning efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex planning issues or customer interface challenges.
**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in electrical networks, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in work planning and order management within the electricity supply industry.
  • A sound understanding of construction, maintenance, scheduling, and network operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and other work management systems.
  • Leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, and building team capability.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
