About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled professional to support the design and implementation of our Voice of Customer program. This includes developing best practices, collecting and sampling customer interactions, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to update documentation and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and drive program success.
  • Design and develop surveys and dashboards to capture customer insights.
  • Pilot and launch program components to ensure effective implementation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You:

  • Relevant qualification in market research or a related field, with experience in building programs from end to end.
  • Strong ability to gather information through various means of communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to demonstrate quality decision making, critical thinking, and creative problem solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of data and data flow, including survey flow and structure.
  • Ideal experience working with customer data and interactions with information management, legal, and privacy teams.
