HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support employees and managers via our HR platform, review and update HR policies, processes and document them, and perform data analysis and reporting.

This is an exciting entry-level generalist HR role with a lot of variety that will provide excellent grounding for your long-term HR career. If you have a passion for Human Resources and desire a long-term Human Resources career, exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first level HR support to employees and managers via our HR platform
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies, processes and documenting them
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Exposure to the annual Compensation & Benefit cycle
  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle

Requirements:

  • A passion for Human Resources and the desire for a long-term Human Resources career
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage constructively with a wide range of individuals
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A solution-focussed approach to problem solving
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
