We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose technical issues with Keno terminals and provide expert assistance to venues.
- Monitor financial transactions and update Terminal IDs using Keno Terminal Configuration Host.
- Communicate effectively with venues regarding required actions to facilitate remote troubleshooting.
- Audit and report excessive Keno sales and big bet monitoring.
- You have previous experience in technical phone support and a background in contact centres or customer service roles.
- You possess excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as proficiency in using Windows based applications and Call Centre technologies.
- You are a logical problem-solver with a strong ability to balance business objectives with customer expectations.
