About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to oversee the delivery of asset management, maintenance, and facilities management services to schools in New South Wales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering Outcomes

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality results that support our essential services, including:

  1. Meeting contractual and business obligations;
  2. Achieving Key Performance Indicators and ensuring all service lines meet Quality Standards;
Servicing Schools

Managing, motivating, and supervising the on-site facilities management team and subcontractors to ensure schools receive the agreed level of service and support;

Developing Relationships

Developing and maintaining an effective working relationship with clients and the broader contract team;Key Skills

  • Leadership

Experience in leading teams and driving innovation;

Communication

Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;

Project Management

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
