Facilities Manager

St Luke's Grammar School is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our School's buildings, grounds and landscaping. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee a small in-house team as well as coordinate external contractors and tradespeople, with a strong focus on safety and compliance to ensure a safe, functional and sustainable environment for staff and students.

- Ensure works are delivered to a high standard with a focus on safety, compliance and sustainability.
- Experienced and qualified in facilities management.
- Organised and solutions-focused, with strong contractor management skills.
- Collaborative and professional, able to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Committed to maintaining an exceptional standard of presentation and functionality across the School.
