About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Dream Bathroom Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products and bringing their dreams to life using our 3D Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Use 3D planning tools to design and visualize bathroom layouts
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure showroom operations run smoothly and safely

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Comfortable with technology and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license
