We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Loan Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers.
- Guide customers through the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Submit deals to our processing team and leverage our expanded offering to earn referral income.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain it within 6 months.
- A background in sales or customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store, with a passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams.
