About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aged Care Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality compliant care services across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading all care and support services, ensuring they operate in accordance with relevant legal and ethical requirements.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Community Aged Home Care Teams to ensure high-quality care services are delivered.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including Medical Officers, ACAT, and other service providers, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Create services that promote safety, efficiency, and compliance, while driving business growth and expansion.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or a related field.
  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse under AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency).
  • An unrestricted driver's license and a current NDIS Check.
  • National Police Check (we welcome applications from candidates with varying police check outcomes).
  • Australian work rights and experience working in the Health, Aged Care, or Home Services sectors.
