Job OpportunityAnglican Care is seeking an experienced Manager to join their Community Aged Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliant care across Central Coast, Newcastle/Lake Macquarie and Mid North Coast.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in nursing, current registration under Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency, and experience in managing and leading teams in the health or aged care sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead all care and support services and operations of Community Aged Home Care Teams.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, Anglican Care's policies and procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Liaise with regulatory organisations, medical officers, and service providers regarding healthcare and community home support funding.
  • Create services with appropriate governance to ensure safety and efficiency.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in nursing.
  • Current registration under Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams in the health or aged care sectors.
