This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.In this role you will:Find the best way forward for our residents and people.Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety.Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met.Inspire your team to perform and grow.Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit.You'll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management.
