About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, recommending products and services that drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, recommending products and services that drive business growth.
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve targets and KPIs.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch.
  2. Process sales quotes and manage sales transactions.
  3. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to provide expert advice to clients.
