About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional agricultural advisory and sales services to clients, building strong business partnerships through sound technical advice.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to meet sales targets and branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Effectively manage inventory, including ordering, receipt, stocktaking, and dispatch.
  • Process sales and generate quotes in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and sales experience with a passion for agriculture.
  • Experience in rural retail and warehousing is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the rural industry and its complexities.
  • Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale (POS), and administrative tasks.
  • Physical fitness for manual handling tasks and a focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
