Sales Territory Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our dedicated team in Roma, Queensland. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role with the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining professional relationships and growing a strong portfolio of new and existing clients is paramount.
  • Identifying and cultivating new livestock sales opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • Developing and growing strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Providing expert onsite livestock advice to clients, recommending products and services tailored to their business needs.
  • Negotiating effectively to bring buyers and sellers together.
  • Capitalising on promotional opportunities through attending industry events and auctions.

About You:

  • A Livestock Auctioneer Licence and Assessor Accreditation are highly desirable, as well as previous experience in a sales role within the agriculture sector.
  • Strong knowledge of livestock breeds, vet products, low stress stock handling and a passion for driving client relationships and sales are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a commitment to positively impacting their clients' lives and contributing to the success of rural communities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients are crucial.
