Estate Planning Attorney

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our team at Edward Jacobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
- Advising clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
- Conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
- Managing and resolving disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including senior lawyers and support staff, to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Participating in professional development activities, staying abreast of industry trends, and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current Practising Certificate
- Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
