We are seeking a highly skilled Wills and Estates Lawyer to join our team as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end clients and engage in stimulating and challenging work.

About the Role

As a Wills and Estates Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising and transacting on a wide range of matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship, and administration of deceased estates. You will also have the opportunity to litigate on Family Provision Act claims.

Requirements
  • Admitted as a lawyer in NSW with a minimum of 6 years post-admission experience
  • Experience practicing in wills and estates law with reputable firms or in-house
  • Accredited Specialist in succession law or studying a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Wills and Estates) or Master of Laws specializing in Wills and Estates
  • Strong time prioritization, people, leadership, and client management skills
  • Results-focused, proactive, and commercial acumen
  • Strong Microsoft Office and legal software skills
