Wills and Estates Lawyer Opportunity

Our client, a highly respected commercial law firm, is seeking a skilled Wills and Estates Lawyer to join their team. As a valued member of the Wills and Estates Law team, you will have the opportunity to work with high-end clients, advising and transacting on a wide range of matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, succession planning, asset protection, guardianship, and administration of deceased estates.

About the Role

As a Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer, you will report to the Practice Group Director and will be responsible for servicing mainly high and ultra-high net worth private clients. You will have the autonomy to work on a full-spectrum of matters, including advising, transacting, and litigating. You will also have the opportunity to work on Family Provision Act claims and other complex estate planning matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years post-admission experience practicing in Wills and Estates law. You will also need to have strong time prioritization, people, leadership, and client management skills. You will need to be results-focused, proactive, and have a strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset. You will also need to have strong Microsoft Office and legal software skills, and be able to build relationships and network effectively.
