Job Title: Operations Support Administrator

Description

This role is a vital part of our team, responsible for providing operational support and ensuring the smooth running of our services. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the service team and site management to support tasks such as planned maintenance, reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating timesheets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounts team
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including planned maintenance and reactive maintenance across multiple services and contracts
  • Ensure the quality of data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance
  • Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desk and updating tasks as required
  • Closing out work orders and performing necessary checks to move PO to approved by team leader status
  • Liaising with technicians day-to-day to ensure SLA performance is met
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in maintenance activities, computer skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new programs are essential.

  • Desirable Skills:
  • General knowledge of maintenance activities
  • High level of computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new programs
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Training in an OH&S, QA and environmental related discipline
