Roofing Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofing Operations Manager to join our team based in Cardiff, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenging role where they can make a real difference in the success of our business.

As a Roofing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day operations and scheduling of resources, ensuring your team is focused on delivering exceptional performance and meeting our business objectives and targets.

You will play a key role in ensuring safety standards are embedded and maintained across all operations, while driving installation quality through effective auditing and supervision.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership abilities, experience in schedule management, and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance operations with improved workflows
  • Undertake project management and administrative tasks
  • Monitor and manage client correspondence, raise production orders, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing
  • Implement process improvements and standardisation including automation, compliance, accuracy, and customer experience
  • Liaise with regional counterparts to maximise utilisation of labour resources
Requirements:
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Previous experience developing and embedding operational processes and metrics
  • Aptitude to translate customer requirements into new and improved product and service solutions
  • Understanding of the linkage between production, supply chain and logistics streams and ability to develop strategies that align current capability with customer and market requirements
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen including ability to understand and manage budgets
