Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Accountant – Group Finance. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the financial integrity and governance of our global operations.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a technically challenging group finance role within a centralised head office environment, where you will have the chance to drive efficiency and accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of AASB and Corporations Act requirements, with experience working with external auditors and preparing technical papers. They will also be proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

  • Statutory Accounts & Compliance – Prepare statutory accounts in line with AASB, IFRS, and Corporations Act requirements.
  • Group Consolidation – Lead the consolidation of multiple domestic and international entities.
  • Audit & Assurance – Manage the end-to-end external audit process.
  • Shareholder & Parent Company Reporting – Support quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis – Contribute to the group's planning processes.
  • Governance & Internal Controls – Maintain and update group accounting policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CAPA or CA qualification (mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 4-6 years' experience in statutory reporting and group consolidation.
