Job Description:

As a Payments Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to payment operations across our expanding international footprint. Your expertise will enable us to deliver seamless trading experiences across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process payment transactions across multiple channels.
    • Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and enforce internal compliance policies.
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues, disputes, and chargebacks.
    • Liaise with banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and internal teams on payment escalations.
  • Assist with Know-Your-Business (KYB) reviews and maintain internal documentation.
    • Stay ahead of payment trends and contribute to systems/process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in payment operations within the Forex or CFD industry.
    • Strong understanding of payment compliance, PSP integrations, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
