Senior Trading Operations Analyst

Oversight of Trading Operations and Platform Management

Job Overview:Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of trading platforms, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions across various teams.

  • Operational & Trading Support: Handle operational and trading issues as they arise
  • MT4/MT5 Administration: Manage all aspects of MT4 and MT5 platform administration and configuration
  • Trading Infrastructure Management: Administer, maintain, and optimise trading bridges and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations
  • Stakeholder Support: Assist internal stakeholders with queries and requests, providing technical support as needed
  • Issue Resolution & Dispute Management: Conduct trade investigations to resolve disputes and reconcile discrepancies
  • Root Cause Analysis: Independently investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Process Improvement: Enhance trade operations processes by optimizing workflows, mitigating risks, and improving efficiency and service quality
Requirements:
  • Great attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy is a must, and proficiency in technical skills such as SQL or Python
  • A degree in a finance or business-related field or relevant financial markets experience
  • A sound understanding of trading, FX and financial markets
  • 2-4+ years' experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 trading platform, Manager, Administrator
  • 2-4+ years' experience with oneZero systems including oneZero Hub and ARMs
  • Familiarity with IRESS platform and third-party platforms for PAMM/MAM/Copy trading
