The Opportunity:

This casual role is based in Sunshine, Victoria, providing flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact on people's lives.

About You:

We seek reliable, committed individuals who can provide quality support as a care worker. We look for those with:

  • a genuine interest in helping others
  • various hobbies such as sewing, arts, gardening, cooking and scrapbooking
  • experience in outdoor pursuits and activities
  • a practical understanding of hygiene assistance and commitment to care
  • enjoyment in social activities and one-on-one engagement
  • understanding of physical limitations and safe approach
  • creativity, enthusiasm, sensitivity and emotional stability
  • strong communication and organizational skills

**Qualifications required:**

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Services

- Current National Police Certificate

- Valid Driver License and own, reliable vehicle (required)

- Physically capable of meeting the role requirements

- Current First aid Certificate

- Smart Phone and internet access

**Arabic speaking is an additional requirement for this job.**

All applicants must have a relevant visa or working rights in Australia.
