Job Description

This senior leadership position has been created to lead our on-farm team, providing a direct reporting line to the supportive owner/Board Chairman and significant operational autonomy.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a seasonal workforce and a permanent team of eight, managing cropping operations and external contractors, overseeing the comprehensive plant fleet, and managing financial operations.

  • Experience in an irrigated and broadacre farming enterprise
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety in agriculture
