
HR Strategic Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic, tactical, and operational support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and provide oversight to the HR Administrator in the team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR activities relating to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Induction, and employee life-cycle movements.
- Offer operational support and tactical advice to employees and line managers for HR related queries such as interpretation of policies and procedures.
- Oversee the coordination of annual employee life cycle events such as Performance Management, Remuneration Review, Talent Management, and Learning and Development activities.
- Maintain our HR Information System (Workday) including regular audits on data accuracy and completing regular reporting across key HR metrics.
- Provide training and support for staff and managers around key HR processes such as new hire induction, monthly HR updates to staff, and policy changes.
- Assist the HR Director and HR Managers with new/evolving initiatives as and when requested.
- Innovate and improve processes, procedures, and documentation on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in HR Management or Business related discipline.
- At least 2 years relevant work experience.
- Proficient at MS Office and experience working with a HR Information System (Workday would be desirable).
- Solid understanding of HR Operations.
- Team player who is enthusiastic and willing to get involved in whatever it takes to support the broader HR team.
- Service-minded person with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Have attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Ability to prioritize work commitments and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Right to work in Australia.
