About the Role

This is an on-site position that requires a compassionate and tenacious individual who wants to promote human potential through creative problem solving and collaboration.

As a successful candidate, you will be driven to transform lives through a person-first approach, tailoring support and solutions to the person in front of you and thinking outside the box on how to make a real difference in a client's life through employment.

A typical day may include:

  • Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Attributes and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Ability to confidently liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence working towards key performance indicators and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment;
  • An overall desire to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a true belief in empowering individuals and businesses to thrive; and
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
