  • Supporting clients to develop independence while advocating for their individual needs.
  • Providing personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using equipment.
  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars.
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress.
