About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled wordsmith to bring our B2B enterprise technology brand to life on LinkedIn.

  • Craft compelling content that resonates with CIOs, CTOs and senior IT decision-makers.
  • Develop a distinct editorial voice aligned to brand tone, values, and audience expectations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product marketers, and executives to translate technical concepts into engaging social narratives.
  • Repurpose longer-form assets (e.g. blogs, whitepapers, webinars) into concise, impactful LinkedIn-native formats.
  • Build and manage a strategic content calendar, supporting brand storytelling, product visibility, and thought leadership goals.
  • Monitor content performance and LinkedIn trends to continuously refine voice, format, and messaging for maximum engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous professional copywriting or content writing experience, ideally within B2B tech, telecom, or SaaS.
  • A portfolio of LinkedIn posts or social-first B2B content that demonstrates clarity, impact, and relevance to enterprise audiences.
  • Strong ability to write sharp, on-brand copy under tight deadlines and adapt to varying tones (brand, executive, product).
  • Confidence in translating technical topics into accessible, story-driven content.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn's editorial best practices like formats, tone, trends, and performance levers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with marketing, comms, product, and leadership teams.
  • Experience with content analytics tools is an added advantage.
