Responsibilities

  1. Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
  2. Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.
  3. Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
  4. Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  5. Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe.

Qualifications

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity, and bucketloads of it.
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience, and a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
