Senior Tax Professional

As a seasoned Senior Tax Professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax experts to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on driving team performance to meet compliance deadlines and operational targets. You will spend most of your time reviewing work, participating in the technical development of team members, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

You must have:

  • A degree in Accounting and CA/CPA certification
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing a tax compliance team in a public practice role
  • Proven experience managing a client list, training, developing, and managing a team
  • Strong technical skills in tax compliance work, financial statements, and general purpose financial reports
  • Excellent professional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
