Key Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organisational development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard.
  • Ability to apply quality written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, including ability to interpret and apply policy, guidelines, business rules, analyse system processes, and process map solutions.
  • Extensive experience in developing standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience in Confluence and Salesforce in the context of knowledge management.
  • Familiarity with the use of AI to summarise, classify, and extract knowledge from unstructured and semi-structured content.
