Mechanical Technician

About the Role
The Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS) Department is responsible for converting molten iron from the Blast Furnace to steel. This is later transformed into hot rolled coil and Australian building products. The BOS Asset Team is responsible for the successful application of asset management strategies, and delivery of maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner.

What you will need:
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification - Mechanical Fitter
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- Working at Heights and Confined Space (desirable but not essential)
- Leadership capabilities
