Are you passionate about relocation and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Government & Defence team, your primary responsibility will be to support the relocation initiatives of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families across Australia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality end-to-end relocation experiences to ADF members and their families through world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
  • Expectation management ensuring members and their families understand service scope and the relocation life cycle.
  • Proactive and technically competent administration of Defence relocation policy & entitlements ensuring benefits and entitlements are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.

As a successful candidate, you will have:
