Global Relocation Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to support our global team as an Immigration Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with talent teams to verify visa eligibility and advise on optimal options for employees.
- Maintain comprehensive records and file notes regarding eligibility and progress throughout the relocation process.
- Provide written and verbal guidance to internal stakeholders and visa applicants on their employment status.
- Offer regular updates to People Managers on potential issues related to visa grant/refusal and proposed employment start dates.
- Liaise with Travel teams to initiate relocation processes upon visa approval.
- Serve as primary liaison and key contact between relevant government agencies and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with migration legislation changes and update internal processes accordingly.
- Deliver training sessions to key stakeholders on migration processes and requirements.
- Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Migration Legislation and Departmental policy.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
