Our Government & Defence team is seeking relocation specialists to support initiatives for Australian Defence Force (ADF) Members and their families.
- Deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience through expert case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
- Ensure expectation management by communicating service scope and the relocation life cycle to ADF Members and their families.
- Administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements proactively and technically competently to ensure benefits and entitlements align with policy and client key performance indicators.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting relocation specialists in relocating ADF Members and their families across Australia.
- Delivering superior administrative support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- General relocation administration.
As a successful candidate, you will have case management experience, strong attention to detail and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and effective communication skills. You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
