Relocation Specialist Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Provide end-to-end relocation support to defence personnel and their families across Australia.
- Manage relocation initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including defence members and their families.
As a Relocation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' relocation needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality relocation experience through case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
Key performance indicators include timely delivery of relocation services, effective communication with clients, and adherence to Defence relocation policy and entitlements.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of relocation activities.
Requirements:- Proven experience in case management or a related field.
- Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Support our team in delivering relocation services to defence personnel and their families.
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.
