**Job Title:** Case Management Associate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Management Associate. This is an entry-level position that offers long-term career growth development opportunities and a positive team environment.

As a Case Management Associate, you will provide administrative support to our Case Managers, ensuring seamless relocation services across the nation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administration assistance to a team of case managers in order to deliver a high-quality end-to-end relocation experience to relocating ADF members and their families.
  2. Database reporting, data entry of case records, initial assessment of cases, assigning cases to be actioned by case managers
  3. Coordinating third-party suppliers and vendors who provide accommodation, travel, housing, and removal services to members
  4. Contribute to overall continuous improvement activities, accomplishments, projected activities and business case requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous administrative experience, preferably in a large organisation that is service orientated
  2. Similar experience in government, recruitment or insurance industry is highly desired
  3. The ability to interpret policy
  4. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders in a dynamic 'operations centre' environment
  5. High attention to detail
  6. Excellent communication skills
