Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision.

This entails conducting thorough market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from inception to retirement, ensuring that products meet customer requirements, are scalable, and remain competitive in the market.

Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, features, and improvements, while collaborating closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all departments.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' experience in portfolio & product management within the lighting industry.
  • Experience in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
