This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO.

  • Location: Blacktown
  • Competitive salary up to $100k, based on experience
  • Flexibility - 2 days wfh

Role Overview:

  • Support the CEO by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings and organising daily workflow.
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics for travel.
  • Assist with billing, expense reconciliation and general administrative duties.
  • Provide support for special projects as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Work autonomously, ensuring efficiency and organisation across a range of tasks.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
