Community Care Team Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Community Care Team Manager to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing a team of passionate community workers who provide high-quality care services to the elderly.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a geographically dispersed team, providing coaching, ongoing support, and direction to ensure exceptional customer service. You will be the daily point of contact for the team and conduct interviews and inductions for new care workers, manage team and individual performance, and drive safety initiatives.
You will also be responsible for managing payroll and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance targets are met, and handling customer escalations with support from the management team. When not working directly with your team, you may work from home as required.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of team leadership experience in community, call centre, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, communicate effectively while maintaining professional boundaries with your team.
- Previous experience in the Community/Aged Care industry is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A strong passion for compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience with coaching, having difficult conversations, and performance managing frontline teams.
- Stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications (or equivalent experience) in Leadership and Training and Assessment are desirable.

Compensation Package
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This package also includes additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, health insurance, and paid leave.
