About the Role
  • Lead and manage facility operations with a person-centered approach, ensuring exceptional care for residents.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives locally to drive continuous improvement and quality assurance.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a positive and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • In-depth knowledge of ACQSC standards and proficiency in IT applications and financial management principles.
