Job Title: Registered Nurse

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team, providing compassionate and holistic nursing care to our clients in their homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting client care assessments, developing care plans, and coordinating the provision of quality person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical delivery and supervision of non-clinical team members in a community setting
  • Intake processing, clinical care planning, and reporting
  • Conducting client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care
  • Coordinate the provision of quality person-centered care according to the client's needs and available funding
  • Clinical in-home services include care plan assessment, medication management, wound care, chronic disease management, and palliative care
  • General administration for documentation relating to client care and in alignment with AHPRA regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs within the community
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable, presentable vehicle
  • A smart mobile phone (iPhone or Android)
  • COVID Vaccinations

Preferred Skills:

We are looking for candidates who possess exceptional communication skills, are able to work autonomously or within a team environment, and have excellent time management and organization skills. A passion for high-quality client-focused care in a community setting is essential.
