About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Delivery Lead to join our Operations Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing critical initiatives within our organisation's transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management and delivery of transformation projects, including identification, benefits of change analysis, scope, setup, management of streams, delivery to handover to BAU
  • Becoming the SME in your project/stream, deeply understanding current state, to-be state, and the steps to get there
  • Setting up and running streams, stream meetings, steer co meetings, and managing through a matrixed approach outcomes from stakeholders outside of the project team
  • Managing project tracking and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies, flaws, and improvement opportunities
  • Utilising best practices and technological advancements to recommend and implement process automation and optimisation strategies
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Preparing and delivering comprehensive presentations and reports that communicate project analyses, productivity metrics, and success measures to stakeholders
  • Facilitating communication across departments to understand the impact of process changes, monitor operations, and proactively mitigate risks
  • Conducting regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
  • Analysing data, generating insights, and making data-driven recommendations to achieve project objectives and enhance business performance
  • Preparing and presenting project status updates, findings, and recommendations to clients and senior leadership
About You

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Change Manager, and Planner who can dial up to a strategic view and down to the detail. You should be comfortable extracting insight and structure from imperfect information, impact-oriented, and comfortable in ambiguity. You should also be experienced in leveraging initiative to move around blockers, able to visualise current and future state, and have excellent communication skills.
