Epworth HealthCare is seeking a proactive and dynamic senior lead to oversee the implementation of a new project, Epworth at Home. Reporting to Allison Evans, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, the main objective of this role will be to oversee the design and implementation of an at home service strategy for Epworth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain experience in project leadership and work closely with VMOs, relevant clinical teams and Hospital and Group Executive team to deliver a strategy for an expanded at home service model for Epworth.

This role will be responsible for:

- Designing a new Epworth at Home service strategy to articulate the future of at home care at Epworth.
- Collaborating with select VMOs and clinical staff to design a model of care and care pathways for a pilot program.
- Establishment of a pilot to test viability of a potential orthopaedic and heart failure at home service.
- Project management including regular project reporting, budget management and identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Well established, clear and engaging communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of private health, project and change management.
- Good critical thinking, problem solving and an eye for detail.
