About us : Our service covers a vast and remote area of Far North Queensland, with Cairns Hospital serving as the primary referral hospital. We also provide care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
About your role :
- Accountability is key in this position, ensuring that NMBA standards are met while guiding Registered Nurses / Midwives, Enrolled Nurses, or unregulated healthcare workers.
- You will work collaboratively with peers to create a positive practice environment, achieving best practice outcomes through effective teamwork.
- This role involves responsibility for outcomes and the achievement of service performance targets.
