The Role:

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can guide others by example. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping people find their next career move and enjoy working in a young and ambitious team culture.

The Day-to-Day Duties:

  • End-to-end recruitment processes including screening, assessment, selection and contract negotiation, pre-employment checks, offers and onboarding
  • Advertising roles within LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed and head hunting
  • Partnering with stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
  • Providing strategic advice to hiring managers on more complex roles
  • Recruiting for a range of roles from Labourers, Tradesman, Engineers to Project Managers

What We're Looking For:

  • All levels of experience considered
  • Previous experience using JobAdder preferred
  • A high level of communication
  • A proactive and organised attitude
  • Experience using a Recruitment management system
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills
  • The ability to manage your workload autonomously
  • Flexibility paired with the ability to multitask
