We are seeking an experienced professional to lead engagement efforts in the community, building meaningful relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. This role will drive strategic growth, foster partnerships, and deliver impactful learning outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and maintaining regional and community-level connections to enhance our presence and relevance within diverse learner groups.

The successful candidate will spearhead engagement activities, gathering valuable insights on regional/community needs to inform decision-making at an organisational level and partnership and growth initiatives to support delivery of high-quality education and training aligned to our strategic plan and current industry demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop regional and community-level partnerships to grow our presence and connection
  • Drive engagement activities to gather insights on regional/community needs
  • Develop and implement partnership and growth strategies to deliver high-quality education and training
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive organisational goals

A strong connection to the community, demonstrated through personal experience, professional contributions, or active involvement, is highly desirable.
