We are seeking an experienced finance systems leader to oversee and optimize our financial processes.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business analysis, with experience using ERP/Accounting packages.
  • They will lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality financial reports, meeting business requirements and deadlines.
  • Additionally, they will provide financial analysis and commercial advice to support management decision-making.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth migration of data into centralised systems for enhanced reporting, as well as driving continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Key Qualifications:
  • A proven track record of leadership and mentoring within a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, including Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • A strong communicator, capable of collaborating across departments and providing clear guidance on technical finance matters.
